What's new in Wesnoth

I am trying to make a scenario like Freeciv. Right now, I am trying to add technology support. The code is very complicated but readable. I am having a little bit of trouble making sure if something is possible.

The map doesn't show up correctly on the multiplayer scenario selection menu, and I don't know why.
